What We Do For You

Once a merchant completes and submits the registration form, they will receive an email confirming their registration and agreement to have Brownstone Recovery Group represent them. As the case proceeds, Brownstone Recovery will:

    • Register merchants with the Official Claims Administrator (EPIQ) and file a claim on their behalf.
    • Follow up with merchants if additional information is needed.
    • Monitor the Case settlement progress and update merchants on any relevant updates or progress.
    • Confirm the merchants’ claim status as the Case progresses toward payment.
    • Provide a safe and secure platform for all business related information.

    Brownstone Recovery does not charge enrollment or activity fees for our services. When the settlement payments are made by the Claims Administrator, Brownstone simply deducts the committed service fee from the payment and forwards the balance to the merchant.

    Mark serves as the Director of Operations at Brownstone Recovery Group, where he oversees case management, claim strategy, and internal systems across the firm’s class action settlement recovery practice. He works closely with merchants, legal teams, and partner organizations to ensure claims are submitted accurately and efficiently. His background includes experience in commercial litigation support, operational development for startups, and process design for complex financial transactions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science with a focus in business from Excelsior College in New York which included studies at the RIJS University in Israel.

    Scott Gallagher is Senior Vice President of Brownstone Recovery Group. Prior to this role, Mr. Gallagher served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Business Development for Keane Unclaimed Property Specialists. Before that position, he served as Senior Vice President of Georgeson, Inc. (Computershare, Ltd.). Scott has specialized in corporate strategy and has expertise in the areas of class action settlement administration and communication. He holds a degree in finance from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

    Ken is Executive Vice President of Brownstone Recovery Group. Prior to helping launch Brownstone, he served as Executive Vice President & Sales Director for American Stock Transfer & Trust Company. Prior to joining AST, he served as VP – Sales & Marketing for Wachovia and First Union Corporations. His 35-year banking career includes experience in cash management consulting, trust management, correspondent banking, corporate banking, and investment banking. Ken holds a BA degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He serves on the Board of Directors for Tyler’s Hope for a Dystonia Cure 501c3 based in Gainesville, Florida.

    Adam serves as Compliance and Privacy Protection Auditor for Brownstone Recovery Group. He is lead attorney at Adam Atlas Attorney at Law, a firm in Montreal, Canada providing legal support to payment and biometrics businesses across a broad array of payment models. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law, Bachelor of Common Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with Honors, all from McGill University including an exchange year at the National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and Bar of the Province of Quebec and since 1998.       The enrollment period has ended for the VISA/MasterCard Settlement. Claim forms for the Discover Card Settlement will be available after the case has been formally approved.
