Adam N. Atlas, Esq., B.A. Hon., B.C.L., LL. B., is serving as the Compliance and Privacy Protection Auditor for Brownstone Recovery Group. Mr. Atlas is the head attorney at Adam Atlas Attorney at Law, a firm in Montreal, Canada that provides legal support to payment and biometrics businesses, such as credit card, debit card, gift card, ACH, EFT, ATM, prepaid, PIN, e-wallet, SIM, RFID and other payment models. Mr. Atlas has written the monthly legal column, ‘Legal Ease’, for The GreenSheet, America’s leading publication on electronic payments, for ten years. Mr. Atlas holds a Bachelor of Civil Law, Bachelor of Common Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with Honors, all from McGill University, which included a year on exchange at the National University of Singapore. Atlas has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York and Bar of the Province of Quebec and since 1998. His professional memberships include the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Before establishing his current firm, Atlas practiced corporate law at Stikeman Elliott, an international business law firm.

Scott Gallagher is Senior Vice President of Brownstone Recovery Group. Prior to this role, Mr. Gallagher served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Keane Unclaimed Property Specialists. Before that position, he served as Senior Vice President of Georgeson, Inc. (a subsidiary of Computershare, Ltd.). Mr. Gallagher has specialized in corporate strategy and has expertise in the areas of class action settlement administration and communication. Mr. Gallagher holds a degree in finance from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He has been active in several industry groups, including the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), the American Accounts Payable Association, the American Payroll Association, the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, LIMRA, the National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA), the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the Shareholder Services Association (SSA), the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), the Securities Transfer Association (STA), and the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO).

Ken Staab is Senior Vice President of Brownstone Recovery Group. Prior to taking the last year off to focus on fundraising for his family’s not-for-profit, Tyler’s Hope for a Dystonia Cure, Mr. Staab served as Executive Vice President & National Sales Director for American Stock Transfer & Trust Company. Prior to joining AST, Mr. Staab spent eight years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Wachovia Corporation’s Corporate Trust Group. Mr. Staab’s more than 30-year banking career also included positions with both Wachovia and First Union Corporation. He has expertise in cash management consulting, trust management, correspondent banking, corporate banking, and investment banking. Mr. Staab holds a BA degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He is an active member in several industry associations, including the Securities Transfer Association (STA), the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, the Shareholder Services Association (SSA), and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). He serves on the Boards of Directors for Tyler’s Hope for a Dystonia Cure and InterMed, Inc., a biomedical engineering company based in Gainesville, Florida.

Mark Perlow is the Director of Operations for Brownstone Recovery Group. Mr. Perlow serves as Senior Vice President of AST Defesance Consultants, a nationwide real estate consultancy. Mr. Perlow holds a Bachelor of Science with a focus in business from Excelsior College in New York. While in school, he spent a year abroad studying at the RIJS University in Israel. Mr. Perlow’s expertise is in commercial litigation, class actions settlement processes, and helping startups develop their most profitable business models. Mr. Perlow is also a frequent speaker at motivational seminars for at-risk youth.
